You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any e2bat service. e2bat enforces KYC identity verification. Any account found to belong to an under-age user will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
All transactions on e2bat are denominated in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and card are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only and are subject to applicable KYC completion.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the e2bat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single User ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to e2bat's investigation and discretion.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming commitments, e2bat is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting continued play. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
As part of KYC, e2bat may request one or more of the following documents:

All deposits on the e2bat Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT (TRC20), Visa, and Mastercard.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, and are displayed within the deposit section of your e2bat account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by e2bat at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. e2bat reserves the right to return deposits received from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation. e2bat does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, credit card cash advances, or funds obtained through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts; bank transfers are subject to standard interbank clearing timeframes. e2bat does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, though your bank or payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.
e2bat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. Large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at e2bat's discretion. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met in full.
All sports bets placed on the e2bat Platform are subject to the specific sport and event rules published within the betting section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute, the e2bat Rules shall govern. Key general rules include:

All content on the e2bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of e2bat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from e2bat.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e2bat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your access to or use of the Platform or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
e2bat does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. e2bat accepts no liability for financial loss directly attributable to such unavailability, provided e2bat takes reasonable steps to restore service.
e2bat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your e2bat account at the time the claim arises.
e2bat collects and processes personal data as described in the e2bat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
e2bat does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, game studios, and fraud prevention services solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
e2bat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, e2bat will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Any outstanding balance at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC completion and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. e2bat maintains an internal complaints procedure. Complaints submitted in writing will receive an initial acknowledgement within 2 business days and a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, further escalation options may be available depending on your jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the e2bat Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. e2bat does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful or available in any specific jurisdiction.
